After years of working with homeowners and helping people navigate real estate, I've seen how difficult the period beforea move can be.

 

The real challenge often isn't finding the next house.

It's figuring out what to do with the house you're already in.

​

Years of belongings. Repairs that have been postponed. Rooms that need attention. Decisions about what to keep. Contractors to coordinate. A home to prepare for sale—and sometimes a new home waiting on the other side.

I created Next Chapter to help bridge that gap.

It's to give you a plan, provide the hands-on help you need and make the transition feel manageable.
